Laina timber shelving is a comprehensive, flexible shelving system available in a choice of heights, widths and depths to suit any requirements. Laina shelving offers the beauty of natural wood with all of the essential features and accessories required in a modern library. Laina is a flexible and suprisingly affordable timber shelving system, manufactured from genuine beech or birch veneers with solid wood lippings to all exposed edges. Uprights, shelves and canopies are 23mm thick and bays include an integral white back panel. Flat and display shelves are independently adjustable in 32mm increments using unique locating pins which hold the shelves securely in place. Mobile island bays are also available where additional flexibility is required. All LAINA bays can be supplied with any combination of flat and angled display shelves. The narrow bays are ideal as ‘feature’ bays set at the ends of island runs and can include flat shelves, display shelves or pinboards. Non-standard heights and widths are also available so that a bespoke look is possible at a fraction of the cost.
